European organised civil society is calling for EU and the member states to give business transfers a central role in their recovery and growth policies. The European Economic and Social committee (EESC) adopted unanimously an opinion in its September plenary session on Business transfers as promoters of sustainable recovery growth in the SME sector (INT/982).
With the opinion, the EESC is asking for actions both at EU and member state level to increase the number of successful MSME business transfers in the EU.
