The Transeo Board of Directors welcomed last year the Federation of Finnish Enterprises (Yrittajat) as new Board Member, represented by then by Mrs Anneli Komi, heading business transfer initiatives at the Federation. We would like to warmly thank Anneli for her contribution to Transeo’s growth, always bringing new ideas, interesting insights and supporting Transeo in its lobbying actions in particular. She has recently been chosen as new Managing Director of the Federation of Finnish Enterprise Agencies and therefore had to make the decision to leave Transeo. The whole Board wishes her the best with this new position!

We are very lucky that her colleague Mira-Maria Danisman has kindly accepted our invitation to replace her in the Board, supported by business transfer expert Marianne Ruusunhelmi as substitute.

Mira-Maria Danisman is the Head of EU-office of the Federation of Finnish Enterprises (FFE, Suomen Yrittäjät), the leading business organization for Finnish small and medium-sized enterprises. FFE represents SMEs from a large variety of sectors and is also an active member of SMEunited, the umbrella organization for European small and medium-sized enterprises. Since 2020 Ms. Danisman has also been a member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in the Employers’ group (GR 1). Ms. Danisman serves in the Committee as the Spokesperson for EESC’s Category for Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME Category). She was also a rapporteur for the EESC opinion Business transfers as promoters of sustainable recovery growth in the SME sector.
