By submitting his/her registration to the Transeo Summit 2022, the registrant declares to freely accept to be photographed or filmed by a sub-contractor or any other person working on behalf of the company Transeo aisbl, a public limited company whose registered office is located at Avenue Maurice Destenay, 13 at 4000 Liège and registered with the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises under number BE 0832.951.569, RPM Liège (the “Company”).
I authorize the Company to freely use the photographs and/or films showing my image described above, in all types of publications and all forms of communication on the Internet (in particular on the Company’s website, LinkedIn and Facebook) with a view to illustrate or promote its present, past or future activities or projects.
I consent to the processing of my personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the above purposes. The Company guarantees that the personal data concerning me are processed, as data controller, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. personal data and the free movement of such data (“GDPR”). The data is accessible only by persons under the authority of the Company in charge of promoting its activities and may be archived.
I am aware of my right, as a data subject, to obtain from the Company a free copy of the data concerning me, as well as, if necessary, the rectification or deletion of those which are inaccurate, incomplete or not relevant, or restriction of processing. I also have the right to object free of charge to the processing of this data and the right to data portability within the framework set by the GDPR. For the purpose of exercising these rights, the Company may be contacted, as data controller, by post to the address Avenue Maurice Destenay, 13 at 4000 Liège, for the attention of the Data Protection Officer or by email to dpo@sowalfin.be.

This authorization is given for the entire duration of the legal protection of my image and for the whole world. It can be withdrawn at any time by informing the Company at the address indicated above, without affecting the legality of the processing based on my consent before its withdrawal.
